II.GENERAL CONDITIONS
This event is organized in accordanse with:
- FEI Statutes, (21 st edition,21 st April 2004.)
- FEI General Regulations( 21 st edition 2005.)
- FEI Veterinary Regulations( 9 th edition 1st January 2002,see FEI web site for art.101.1)
- FEI Rules for jumping events (21 st edition 2003,revised 2004
- and all subsequent published corrections and modifications to the above Rules and Regulations as published by the FEI

V. INVITATIONS
Number of foreign riders: unlimited
Number of home riders: unlimited
Number of horses per rider: 3 + 2 for youngster tour
- Each horse can take part in two competition per day exccept finals where each horse can take part only in one competition.
- Horses competing in competitions nr.2 and nr.6.can not compete in competitions nr.4.,nr.8., and nr.11.
- Young horse that start in youngster tour can not compete in any other competition.
- Youngster tour is open only for young horses ( 6 and 7 years old )
The competitors are invited by the organizing commitee through their NF
VI.ENTRIES

Entry fee per horse competing in comp.nr: 2,3,4,6,7,8,10,11,12: EUR 300,00 (incl.MCP)
Entry fee per horese competing in youngster tour: EUR 250,00 (incl.MCP)
Notice: The entries that would be cancelled after definite entries will be charged 100,00 EUR through their NF
VII. FACILITIES OFFERED:

2.Grooms: one groom per rider,accommodated at their own expenses., showers available on the show ground.
3.Horses: will be stabled in boxes from 01 st of June 2005. -05 th of June 2005. in the vicinity of the arena. First bedding (only straw) included in stable costs..Further supplies (straw,hey,wood shawing) will be provided daily according instructions and prices available on arrival.
All horses must be stabled within the FEI stable area for the duration of event .
Horses may not leave their boxes without the official show starting number.
4.Welcome: The time and date of arrival of riders and horses and their means of transport must be given to the OC togeather with entries in order to facilitate them on arrival.
Trailers and lorries will be parked on parking place close to show ground.
Lived-in horse boxes and caravans will be charged 16.00EUR for the duration of the show (electricity expences)
5.Advertising and publicity: The competitors are authorised to carry the logo of their personal sponzor in accordance with Art.136

IX. VETERINARY MATTERS

2.VETERINARY EXAMINATION,INSPECTION AND PASSPORT CONTROL:
Will be carried out in accordance with Vet.Regs.Art.1011;Rules for jumping Events Annex VII,
21st Edition, effective 1st January 2005
In according with Art.139.1
Every horse entered for any competition at CNs or CIMs in foreign country and all horses entered for other CIs.CIOs,Championships,Regional and Olimpic games,whether at home or in foreign countries,must have an official ,valid FEI passport, or a National Password approved by the FEI Recognition Card,as means of indentification and to establish ownership
In according with Art 139.2
Horses taking part in CNs and CIMs in their own country are not required to have such a passport as mentioned in paragraph 1.All such horses must be properly registered and indentifiable and,unless there is no national requirement for equine influenza vaccination in the host country and in the country of origin ,all horses must have a valid vaccination certificate.
3.EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATION
(Vet.Regs.Annex VI)
All horses and ponies for whom an FEI Passport,or a national Passport approved by the FEI has been issued must have the vaccination section endorsed by a veterinerian surgeon,who is not the owner of the animal ,stating that it has received two injections for the primary vaccination against equine influenza ,given between 1 and 3 months apart.
In addition ,a booster injection must be recorded as having been given within each succeeding 6 months ,subsequent to the second injection of the primary vaccination.None of this injection must have been given within the preceding 7 days including the day of the competition or of entry into the competition stables.
The above are the minimum requirements for influenza vaccination.Both primary and first and subsequent booster injections should be given according to the manufacturer's instructions which will fall within the stipulation of the FEI ruling.In many cases booster injections are recomended /required by the manufacturers and by National Veterinary authorities/Regulatory authorities at intervels more frequent than 12 months
4.SAMPLING FOR PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
Regular sampling is carried out in CCI***/****,CSI***/*****,CIOs,WC Qualifiers and Finals,Championships and Games,whereas at other Cis sampling is recommended.In CICs***/*****,the number of horses tested is at discretion of the Testing Veterinarian /Veterinary delegate.(Vet. Reg. ART.1016)
Special guidelines are applicable for events covered by the FEI 's Medication Control Programme (Groups I and II only)
5.MEDICATION CONTROL PROGRAM (Groups I &II only)
The Orginising Committees of FEI events within Groups I and II are advised to charge the equivalent of Chf 12,50 per horse per event as a contribution towards the of the MCP Programme.
6.APPROVED LABORATORY (art.1022)
Under the Medication Control Program (M.C.P.) in Groups I and II (Western Europe ),all samples collected in accordance with Vet.Regs.Art.1017.1. will be analyzed by the:

IX. MISCELLANEOUS
1.OBJECTIONS&COMPLAINTS
All objections and complaints to be valid must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit of Chf 150.00 or equivalent.
2.DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES AND INDEMNITIES (art.128,129,130.)
The prize-ceremony will take place on the showground at the end of each competition.
The first 7 placed riders shall enter the main arena mounted for the presentation.
Prize money will be paid in EUR at the end of the last class.
3.DOCTOR,VETERINARIAN,FARRIER
Veterinary and medical assistance ,as well as farriery services,are available for the duration of the show.
These are at the expense of those requesting them.
4.INSURANCE
All owners and competitors are personally responsable for damages caused to third persons ,caused by themselves ,their employees,their agents or their horses.They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad and to keep the policy up to date.
The OC renounce all responsability for any injuries occuring to owners ,riders,horses and stable staff caused by accidents and/or illness,and for all loss of property due to theft,damages,fire or mishaps.The participants will meet all repatriation costs following any accidents.
Through their entry in the competition ,the participants accept that the OC cannot be held responsable for any accidents during the jumping events ,and before or after these.
5.ORGANIZATION OF THE EVENT (Art 115.2)
In exceptional circumstances,with the approval of Chefs d'Equipes and Ground Jury the OC reserves the right to modify the schedule in order to clarify any matters arising from an omission or due to unforeseen circumstances.Any such changes must be notified to all competitors and officials as soon as possible and they must be reported to the Secretary General by the Foreign Judge.
6.ENTRY RIGHT TO SHOWGROUND AND STABLING
Cards of entrance for Chef's de Equipe ,trainers ,horse owners(up to two owners per horse),
riders,grooms will be issued by the OC and given in show secretary office.

THE FEI CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE
The Federation Equestre International (FEI) axpects all those involved in international equestrian sport to adhere to the FEI's Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept that at all times the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences.
- At all stages during the preparation and training of competition horse,welfare must take precedence over all other demands.This includes good horse management,training methods,farriery and tack,and transportation.
- Horse and competitors must be fit,competent and in good health before they are allowed to compete.This encompasses medication use,surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety,pregnancy in mares and misuse of aids.
- Events must not prejudice horse welfare .This involves paying careful attention to the competition areas,ground surfaces,weather conditions,stabling,site safety and fitness of the horse for onward travel after the event.
- Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition careers are over.This covers proper veterinary care ,competition injuries,euthanasia and retirement.
- The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of education in their areas of expertise.
